What Happens During Self-Exclusion

  • All your accounts detected under your identity will be suspended during the self-exclusion period.
  • You will not be permitted to open any new accounts with us or any other brands operated by us. Any such accounts will be closed upon detection.
  • If you attempt to bypass your self-exclusion, we will take necessary action, including closing any new accounts and may not be liable to return any funds wagered or won through those accounts, subject to our legal obligations.

Reactivation After Self-Exclusion

  • At the end of your self-exclusion period, you may request to reactivate your account(s) by contacting our Customer Support team via phone. Reactivation will occur no sooner than 24 hours after your request.

Promotional Materials

  • During your self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing or promotional materials from us.

4. Reality Check

Remind yourself how long you have been playing on our site for after a specified period of time.
